Character: Balanced and heady-leaning, clear and bright with gentle mellowness, more cerebral than heavy without being one-dimensional. The higher lateral ratio (40:60 compared to our single cultivars' natural 30:70) creates a more pronounced initial character. Potent yet approachable; as close to fresh island kava as instant gets. Blend composition may vary slightly by batch, but we maintain the balanced, classic Vanuatu character.
Taste & Aroma: Fresh and grassy with characteristic kava spice from the higher lateral content. Slightly peppery, smooth finish.
Instant Format: Traditional kava powder contains coarse, woody fibres that must be strained out before drinking. For our instant kava, freshly harvested roots are washed, peeled, and have these fibres carefully removed prior to drying and milling into an ultra-fine powder. This is why you can enjoy it without any straining or kneading, just mix with water.

As a beginner, this was the first kava I tried and now, years later this is the one I stay with! It took me until the end of my first bag to really perfect my dosage. It’s a good idea to build slowly, figure out what’s best for you. It can actually be pretty intense - I was surprised. My experience of kava has been a beautiful, mind clearing, happy vibe, perfect for the end of the week.

A wonderfully easy-to-drink kava that combines the favoured aspects of various cultivars. Without a doubt the easiest-to-drink kava I've had - vegetative with some background peppery spices but goes down very easily.
