While our single cultivars maintain nature's balance of lateral and basal roots, we created this blend for those seeking smooth, creamy shells paired with restful night-time character.
Character: Heavy and deeply relaxing with a pleasant, delayed build-up concentrated in the body. Selected from heavier cultivars for deep relaxation and peaceful wind-down. Popular for restful nights without cerebral stimulation. In Vanuatu, basal roots are often mixed very thick; at normal concentration, you get smooth creaminess with deeply relaxing evening character. Not our strongest, but our "heaviest" kava with relatively long-lasting effects.
Taste & Aroma: Fresh, vibrant and green aroma, creamy texture, and mild taste. Our smoothest and easiest drinking kava. Basal roots are less bitter and more pleasant-tasting than laterals.
Instant Format: Traditional kava powder contains coarse, woody fibres that must be strained out before drinking. For our instant kava, freshly harvested roots are washed, peeled, and have these fibres carefully removed prior to drying and milling into an ultra-fine powder. This is why you can enjoy it without any straining or kneading, just mix with water.

Always Processed from Fresh
Each batch is made from kava harvested to order, never from old village-dried stock. Plants are inspected on arrival for the right cultivar, for freshness, and for contamination. Anything that doesn’t pass is rejected.
